Technology that understands craft

We manufacture and supply single-purpose machines, equipment and entire lines tailored to the needs of the leather industry. Whether it’s skin handling, drying, sorting, marking or production automation – we understand the processes and know what’s really important in operation.

Our solutions take into account the specifics of working with natural materials, emphasis on processing quality and operational durability. We cooperate with traditional and modern leather companies and bring technologies that move the craft into the 21st century.

New for the leather industry: stainless steel folding mechanisms

We developed and delivered the first set of stainless steel tilting mechanisms designed for heavy-duty leather processing.

Robust construction, easy operation and long service life make these tilting systems an ideal choice for handling tubs, containers or processing tables in leather production.
Main advantages:

  • Complete stainless steel design – resistant to moisture and chemicals
  • Precise and safe movement – possibility of mechanical or pneumatic control
  • Customized to specific dimensions and customer requirements

This step is part of our effort to modernize and automate operations in the leather industry – with an emphasis on durability, efficiency and safety.

Drying and sorting lines for the leather industry

Modern drying and sorting lines are a key element in the processing of leather in larger volumes. The emphasis is on smooth operation, precise regulation of drying conditions and efficient organization of sorting.

The solution usually includes:

  • Modular drying system with controlled airflow and temperature control
  • Sorting stations designed to separate hides by quality, size or other parameters
  • Automated control with clear visualization and the possibility of connecting to other parts of production

The design of the lines allows for easy operation, quick maintenance and adaptation to various types of operations. Also suitable for integration with advanced quality control or production monitoring systems.

Dismantling, moving and reassembling of technologies

Part of our work also includes the complete relocation of technological equipment for the leather industry.

We provide professional dismantling of machines and production lines, their transportation including handling, and subsequent assembly and commissioning in a new location.

As part of the contract, we also provide:

  • checking the technical condition of the equipment,
  • replacement of worn or damaged parts,
  • supplies of commonly needed spare parts.

We have experience with both individual machines and entire production units. We work with an emphasis on functionality, safety and continuity with other parts of the operation.
